Loblaw Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Rules

  • No purchase necessary.
  • With multiple receipts, choose the most recent one to take the survey.
  • Open to legal Canadian residents aged 18 or older without Loblaw staff and their immediate household members included.
  • One entry per person per month.
  • Participants must be a PC Plus member to earn the points.
  • Winners are notified by phone or email within 4 business days after submitting the survey.
  • Then, winners are required to complete and return some documents within 5 days after receiving them.
  • Cash prizes will be mailed to winners within 4 to 6 weeks after receiving the documents and the points awarded as a credit to their PC Plus online accounts.

Loblaw Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Entry

  • Online. Visit www.storeopinion.ca to take the survey and enter the monthly drawing.
  • By Phone. Use Interactive Voice Response to finish the survey by calling 1-877-234-2322.
  • Mail-in. Write down your full name, email address, mailing address, phone number and the words “Loblaws Inc. Customer Satisfaction Survey” on a plain 3″x 5″ piece of paper and mail it to Loblaw Companies Limited Customer Satisfaction Survey, Ipsos Reid, 160 Bloor Street East, Suite 300, Toronto, ON M4W 1B9.

Loblaw Customer Satisfaction Survey Step by Step Guide

  1. Pay a visit to www.storeopinion.ca and choose your preferred language from English, French, Chinese & Arabic to take the survey.
  2. Read the announcement carefully. When each step is completed, click the button marked “NEXT” to continue.
  3. Check “Yes” when you are asked if you are an adult. Otherwise, you will be stopped to take the survey or enter the monthly drawing.
  4. Choose “Yes” or “No” when you are asked whether you have a receipt with a survey invitation handy. No matter which option you pick, you can reach an entry to the draw.
  5. If choosing “Yes”, enter the 19, 20 or 21 digit code located on your receipt. Having not found it, you can tick the corresponding box, provide the date & time of your visit and the store number on your receipt at the new page to proceed. If choosing “No”, directly answer the questions shown.
  6. Follow the instructions to rate the overall satisfaction with your shopping experience and finish other survey questions.
  7. During the process, select “Yes” while you are asked to enter the sweepstakes. Or, you don’t have a chance to compete for the prize. Agree to the Official Contest Rules.
  8. Leave your full name, phone number and email address for prize notification.
  9. Write down an email address to receive the PC Plus points. One thing to note is that it needs to be identical to the address for PC Plus membership registration. Having not been a PC Plus member yet, click on www.pcplus.ca to get enrolled. You can choose to be contacted by Loblaw in the future.
  10. Leave your comments to end the survey, or open “click here” to finish the process.

    I am always happy to shop at the Chilliwack superstore. The prices are very competitive and everything is there that I need in my household and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

    I am a regular customer at the Zehrs store in Alliston, Ontario. Yesterday I purchased a loaf of Dempsters 12 grain bread and when I checked my receipt realized the price was $4.19. The same loaf I can purchase at Walmart for $2.77. I don’t mind paying a bit more to shop at a Canadian based store but I thought that price was extremely high.

    I am a regular and permanent customer of Super store with PC plus member card and do all purchases. The quality and variety of fruits, vegetables and other groceries is excellent. I am greatly impressed by the services of staff they are so helping and co-operating.
    I give the best excellent rating to super store.

    I may be a bit early in the survey with comments but here goes. I have a good head for numbers and shop to the limit of my pocket. I will walk all around the store before buying then work out what I can buy. Including you cook to-night products,50% off products and multi purchases. Some products are not marked so not considered. Is the product above or below the price the one indicated. Your frozen precooked products seem not to always marked but the product on the shelf above is. Wich registers con. Sorry I don’t have spell check and was really trying to get to win 1,000,000 points. Will try again later Have a nice day EH!

    I visit my local Super Store @ Steeles & Dufferin once a week and I must say that all the staff are at all times very helpful and try to find things in their store room for me.
    The place s clean and well stocked.

    calling Store #02841 just to inquire about return policy waited nearly 10 minutes. I bought 4 items on Joe Fresh baby clothes, which I found too small for my grandson. Although, items were all marked final sale, I was not advised by cashier that final sale meant no return or exchange. I have found that unsatisfactory, especially buying clothes for a baby I should have been advised at the registry as other apparel stores does.

    I shop at Superstore in Edmonton every week. I am satisfied with the price of products and the selection. Sometimes there are items missing from shelves, but they are always there the following week. The store staff is friendly and helpful when I can’t find something.

    I always enjoy going to the T&T store many new items to try for me. I would like to see some in store demo of how to use most items sold. as I am not of Asian organ so it would help me purchase more items if I knew how to use them.

    Far from impressed with Loblaws decision to not allow us to redeem our points for gift cards due to the actions of some people/thieves. My account was hacked and I had 80,000 points stolen, my account frozen 4 times, have had to change my password a bunch of times as a result – all of which emails are sent to advise. However, this change is implemented and there is nothing. Why are we not allowed to decide what we want to do with our points that we have earned? And why was there no warning? Far from impressed

    The Superstore women’s washroom in Vernon, BC is constantly filthy, stinks and often has no soap and/or paper towels. The garbage can is often full to overflowing.
    Additionally, I always wonder who decides to discontinue various products and why so often products that are advertised in the weekly flyer aren’t available.

    @ other stores as long as one has different sales slips you can enter many times! Why can,t my Wife enter as well?After all Women are customers also!Sometimes the service is not what one expects but I can only tell You once a month !Example Superstore in Sudbury has not had Biotene mouth was in stock for a LONG time!Also no Kraft light BBQ sauce I.E. less sugar for diabetics.Once a month is not enough! My rating is ZERO !

    Went 2 days ina row now (Thursday/Friday) in Richmond BC to Super store on no. 3 road.
    its the worst time ever that had to wait so long to pay for goods as only 3 regular tellers open and 1-2 express. and each teller line has at least 10-15 customers waiting in line
    when other 7 counters were closed. very frustrating when you have to take 35-40 mins to wait in line , no exaggeration, I had to give up and leave cart yesterday as had to get back ot work during after break. but was still late 15 mins as had to wait so long.
    this is first times this has happened as usually they have most teller counter open, but this was so frustrating. today only took 20 mins. AS WENT THROUGH SELF SERVCE CHECK OUT, WAS IMPOSSIBLE THURSDAY AS WAS OVER 20 CUSTOMER LINED UP AS WELL. SO DROPED CART AND left. JUST WANT TO GET THIS OFF MY CHEST.

    First time in the Edmonton Brewery District store. It was really beautiful. It felt clean and very shoppable. I purchased some Assorted Baklava and I was very embarrassed when I served it to my guests. It was SUPER STALE ! You need to throw it out. My trust is damaged on all you fresh stuff.

    Friday morning is a day for shopping. 2 major snow storms have made it impossible to get out in our area. . Picked up 4 items and stood in a lineup for 11 minutes in the express line. Being told by the customer service desk that they only open the other express lines after 12 is not very helpful when there is 9 people in the line upin front of you and more behind you. When they finally decided to open another express line people who were behind us were taken first. It should be I will take the next person in line first. Maybe your cashiers could do that.

    if you live in north vancouver and you need to buy some of your groceries from Lablaws, make sure you have fluent English and polish grammar when you speak to supervisors of the store. there is an unfriendly unleashed dog called Jean, who is so allergic to grammatical mistakes. she might bite you and make you regret choosing Lablaws for your groceries. she is behaved though when her boss is around.

    handycap parking too narrow to allow for me to get out of car to walker.SOME STAFF
    don’t follow rules and allow for bags? found when checking bills at home. Not only my family but other have told me the same thing and they don,t even shop at your store

    Not happy with the pharmacy at the superstore in surrey(7550 King George Blvd.) store number 01521.
    They are the slowest to get your perscription out to you. Even when you phone to say you will be there to pick it up in a hour. This is also when the doctor has phone it in. They make you wait 40 min. I will be going to some other pharmacy to my medicine.
