I do my parents monthly shopping at your store. Your good produce, meats, sale items, and pleasant staff, and great rewards points program r y I’m there. I’ve been comparing prices lately and WALMART is about 20% more or less a better in price even with your card savings. Your points program changed to being useless to the card holder. NOW 25 ML.FROM ME U R,,,,WALMART IS 50 ML.FROM ME, I”M GOING TO WALMART FROM NOW ON, I DONT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO SAVE, AND THEY DONT SELL MY INFO …… NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE GAS BECAUSE YOUR POINTS ARE WORTHLESS NOW.FOR EVERY ONE OF ME YOU HEAR FROM A HUNDRED YOU WONT HEAR FROM…. YOU JUST WONT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!
I do not like your new Weis Rewards program. I used to be able to spend $270 over several weeks and then save 40 – 50 cents a gallon on gas. Now such an expense will only save me 20 cents – hardly worth the bother. Especially when it always seems that Sheetz raises their prices as we approach the end of a campaign. I have grocery shopped almost exclusively at Weis for years but may have to rethink that habit.
I was checking out on your self-service lane when I was approached by your customer service representative who noticed that I needed help and offered it without my asking. I was truly impressed! Her name was Danielle.

the last several times I visited your store I didn’t receive my discounts. a friend told me earlier
that I should start checking my receipts. I never thought I had too. you know and I know there millions of customers that never check there receipt.
I already sent the comment just wonder if you received it. there was no confirmation.
I just want to say that I enjoy shopping at the Weis store, however, the last time I shopped I bought 4 bags of fresh carrots(small bags) and paid $1.89 for each bag!!!!! The price is usually buy one get one free but they were not marked this time…needless to say I will be more careful with the items I buy from now on. If I would have caught this before I came home I would have asked, I didn’t…my bad
Why would you change the way a customer earns gas points? It sure helped my family’s budget by earning 10 points for every 50$ spent at your stores, now you get 10 points for every 100$ spent. I may as well go back to Giant, same stupid plan! You track each of your customers spending, those with reward card, so you know that I spend about 600$ in a typical month, that,s about 7,000$ per year. I’ll be taking that somewhere else now. You have disappointed me, up to now I was a loyal customer. I was going to include a picture of me cutting up my rewards card but why bother, you don’t care anyhow!!!!!!
I like Weis, friendly staff, however I have a difficult time finding items.
When I am in Owings Mills, MD 21117 I use the Weis store on Lakeside. The staff is friendly and helpful. I await certain sales, such as on Seattle’s Best coffee, and on chicken that is 99% fat free. They compete with Wegman’s and with Walmart, both not a mile away.
I have always had a good experience shopping at Weis. ALL of the employees say hello, if you need assistance they will help.To me that is a big plus.
I really like that this store is so close. And mostly love the people whom work there. They are always so friendly, and helpful with everything.

Your signage is very misleading. In actuality, there is no sale on turkeys. All the signs say huge savings on turkeys, but when going through checkout, one finds that one must have points. No real savings at all. I can’t trust Weis anymore.

YOUR APP SUCKS! IT NEVER GIVES ME MY COUPONS. EVERYTIME I GO TO THE APP IT HAS ME CHANGE MY PASSWORD. I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY EVERY WEEK THERE, AND AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED THAT I CANNOT USE THIS SERVICE!
I went to buy the water that was on sale 4-$10. The 28 pack Nestle pure life but the shelf was empty. I asked your employee and he was kind enough to go get it for me.

Just wanted to mention I have been helped several times while shopping in the produce section of the Hamlin Weis Market. Chad and other employees always seem ready to answer
questions about fruits and veggies. I have trouble selecting ripe melons so now I ask one of the guys to pick one out. Have been shopping at this market 30 years.

That is not right!!!!
