I tried to access your site and it wouldn’t let me in. I want to express my extreme thanks to the pharmacy lady Ashley for going above and beyond helping me to fill my prescriptions at the best available cost to me. Also the pharmacist called me at home later to inform me about another prescription and why it could’t be filled. Manufacture not making.
I shop every morning because we buy only fresh/organic food along with other paper products/wine, etc. Have done so for many years. Nicole is a gem to be honored. She is friendly, efficient, knows the store like the back of her hand. I’ve rarely met anyone in any service industry who ranks with her. On a scale of 1-10 she’s a 12, maybe higher. I look forward to going in every morning just so we can chat about a world of topics, in the short time it takes for me to check out. Great way to start my day.

The Von’s I most frequent is in Santa Paula and I like this store first of all it is in my home town and also only one block away. I choose Von’s over other major grocery stores because of it’s fresh produce, the cleanliness and the very friendly cashiers including Michelle Thomas.The costumer service is excellent.
We have had Theresa for our cashier many times. She is always pleasant, professional, and very helpful to answer any of our questions. Vons is our choice for groceries in Yucaipa. Thank you for the good service.
Von’s is doing great!! Even if I shop at the busiest times of day, you are still fast, friendly and always courteous. Your shelves are well stocked, and have good produce. If there are ever customers waiting another register is opened quickly. My only complaint is that your bakery department has put six pounds on me.
My husband and I shop at Vons La Habra almost daily. We love our store, we are always greeted by name and employees always ask if we found everything ok etc. We especially want to thank Maria and Rebecca for always meeting our needs with their experience and kindness, they are always working so hard to meet the customer’s needs. I’m an observant person and notice this each time I go in when either of them are working. Lynn has been at the La Habra store for many years, she has always been so kind and helpful and I acknowledge her “coaching” the newer, younger employees. Good service is hard to find these days, but the great customer service we experience at our La Habra Vons keeps us coming back. Good job La Habra!

I love my Vons store in Aliso Viejo on (Alicia Prwy) Always friendly service. My favorite clerk is Tom Goal. He is always friendly and professional. He goes out of his way to say hello and make sure I am helped. I shop at Vons at least 5 times per month and spend a lot of money! If it weren’t for Tom and his great attitude I would probably shop somewhere that is closer to my home. Please make sure that you are taking good care of Tom!

I have been a vons shopper my whole adult life, and before that when I lived with my mom as a child. Yesterday I did my normal shopping at Vons in Big Bear Lake and my cashier was Catherine. She was so helpful when I presented her with many Monopoly freebies and discount coupons, and even explained about substituting other brands if the Monopoly item was out of stock. She was very pleasant too!
I always get great service when I shop at vons. Im in store # 2120 four days a week picking up grocerys.
On my way in i always stop to have a coffee, I would like to give a lady named Mitch a pat on the back.
She is always full of energy and she makes wonderful drinks.
I was shopping at Vons market in La Quinta CA yesterday and was very impressed with your meat department personnel. Especially helpful was a man named Aaron. He was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products and how to cook them Really appreciated his help.

Thank you for the wonderful checkers at Store#2273 in Redondo Beach, CA. Pat E and Liz were the great checkers next to each other. They were so caring and helpful to see I got all the help I needed to load my purchases in the car and just making sure I was ok. I’m 89 and they took such good care of me. I may go more often. I was shopping at Von’s Market#2273 on May 1st. My checker, Pat E. was so wonderfully helpful. I hadn’t been shopping for about a month and had quite a large order. She made sure someone would help me load the car and then I turn around to be greeted by our family friend Liz who said she was transfered to this store. Needless to say the two checkers made my day. They made sure I got all the help I needed and were so happy to see me. I’m 89 and really appreciated all the extra help. I will be back soon and hope I have one of these wonderful checkers. I felt really special. Thank you.
Nice chose of organic fruits and vegetables
I have shopped at Von’s in several different cities and locations. Each one has it’s own DNA. Store 0625 I visited today was no exception. Merchandise was not easy to find as this store appeared to have too much space dedicated to alcoholic beverages taking away badly needed grocery space. Deli area had a very clean and “Yummy” look but was a bit pricy for my budget. Staff was very courteous. It was in a convenient location in Long Beach which even though a bit crunched inside it was appreciated that the company did make the effort to place a store in a location where real estate comes with a higher cost.

Vons has been my market for 43 years and always have enjoyed it being so close to my home. On a whole prices are good and enjoy the employees, which are always friendly and help. I do miss using double coupons!

I shop at the Turnpike Von’s store in Santa Barbara, CA regularly. I like the “Just for You” program, and the products sold there.
One of my very favorite cashiers is Marlene. She is so very friendly, and doe everything she can to make your shopping experience an excellent one! I hope Marlene stays there for a very, very, very long time!
I shop utc vons location for over 15 years. I am very happy to check my groceries with Bob, Jim or Matt. Angel in Meat Dept. Was very helpful. James in coffee shop is the best. Rose is nice. The only abrasive and unhappy person in the store is John. Always rude and no customer service skills at all. Why do you guys keep him here? If he hates customers he should find another job.
