    I just ordered a steak biscuit and got a bacon egg and chez instead. I also got a biscuit and gravy to find it full of lumps and no flavor not to mentioned cold.The only thing good was the large coke. a total waste of $6.60 for breakfast and 4 miles out of my way to go there before work. Now that I am work and can’t leave I am stuck with a large Coke for breakfast. I am not at all happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    9/24/2013 8:12pm New Ulm, MN location NEW to town. I just want to tell you how excited I was to enjoy a roast beef sandwich for dinner. I was very pleased with my sandwich and service but VERY upset that I was charged $1.99 for a glass of water. When I questioned the charge at the window, the response was that it was a beverage and the charge was the same. I disagree. I will probably not stop again as I don’t believe it is customer service to charge for water. Dissatisfied to say the least. I should have just left the order.

    On 9/18/13 i visit hardees in meridian ms hwy 39 north#1501566. I usually go through the drive through but the service us so bad. They are extremly slow and rude. I decided to go inside the lady who took my order was polite but the rest went down hill. I had to wait ten minute for my sandwich which was made in two min. My sandwich was sitting there waiting to be bagged. The manager was looking at me instead of bagging my sandwich she was worried about taking out the trash. Finally the lady who took my order came from outside cleaning the windows didnt wash her hands let me repeat i mean didnt wash her hand and preceed bagging my food. I was sooo upset. I usually dont post, but this has to stop. I hate stopping by there i rather drive or go somewhere else.

    I just purchased the new Buffalo sandwich, I asked the girl if it is spicy hot. She said
    no but evidently had not had one. It set my mouth on fire. Please info your sales people of this. Thank you.

    Drive Thru Employee was very impolite and did not make customers feel as though they were valued, welcomed and that they were wanted to return. She did not take the order correctly at time, when asked to drive around, the cost was $5.71 at window $3.29. I verified my order upon arrival only to receive a bag of food, when I then asked if my sandwich or bag had “Ranch Dressing”, she snatched the bag back, took it to the prep counter (still closed), waited approx. 30 to 45 seconds, then reached under the front customer counter, opened a door and removed a package, placed inside my bag. She then once again returned the same bag back to me in the drive thru area. I then had to ask if she would please give me the iced tea that was also ordered, the window was once again slammed shut in my face. She looked around, located the iced tea as ordered and reluctantly handed it to me through the window. I then left the drive thru area. I have performed various “Shops” to date, and do not recall having given any shop such a “LOW RATING” as this one. I am recommending that this associate receive additional training in areas with regards to: Customer Service Etiquette, Drive Thru Standards/Timing, Customer Satisfaction. In addition, she should be informed that her “Negative Attitude” is what runs off your valuable customers, and although she may not feel that she had an attitude issue with her customers, in the end—“What is/was perceived by the customers is what matters”!!!!

    FOOD WAS GOOD. COFFEE WAS LOW I TOLD THE GRIL BUT NEVER FILLED WHILE I WAS THERE SO WHEN I LEFT I FILLED MY CUP WITH SODA, BIG DEAL RIGHT. THE COFFEE WAS ONLY WARM. THE GIRL AT THEORDER DESK WAS NEW AND NOT REAL SHARPE SHOULD HAVE MORE TRAINING. THE STORE NUMBER IS 210 ONLY OPEN ABOUT 4 WEEKS.
