HEB Grocery Company, LP is a privately held San Antonio-based supermarket chain with more than 350 stores throughout the U.S.state of Texas and northern Mexico. If you had shopping experiences at H-E-B recently, you are welcomed to participate in their Customer Satisfaction Survey to give your feedback. As a thanks, you will get chances to win H-E-B gift cards and cashes.

  • 10 entries in the monthly drawing to win a $500 H-E-B Gift Card
  • A chance to win $1,000 cash in a quarterly drawing

H-E-B Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes Rules

  • Open to legal residents of Texas aged 18 or over
  • Employees, representatives, and principals (or members of the immediate families or households of same) of H-E-B, participating H-E-B or Mi Tienda stores, Empathica Inc., or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible
  • The selected entrant(s) will be contacted by telephone or email within 10 days of drawing
  • The selected entrant(s) must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within 14 days of receipt
  • All taxes on prize are the responsibility of the winner

H-E-B Customer Satisfaction Survey Entry

  • Online. Visit www.heb.com/survey/ to take the survey
  • Telephone. Phone the number on the Invitation and respond to the recorded prompts. Each completed Telephone entry shall receive one entry into the drawing
  • Mail-in. Hand-write the following sentence “Please enter me in the H-E-B Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes for a chance to win great prizes” on a sheet of paper on which you have hand-printed your first name, last name, home telephone number, full address (no PO Boxes accepted), email address, and mail it to: H-E-B Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes Mail-In Entry, c/o EMPATHICA INC., 511 Avenue of the Americas, #40, New York, NY 10011

H-E-B Customer Satisfaction Survey Step by Step Guide

  1. Select a language – English or Spanish
  2. Enter you certificate code on your receipt
  3. Answer questions based on your experience at H-E-B
  4. Choose whether you would like to be entered into the sweepstakes
  5. Enter you contact information if you choose yes
  6. Survey completed

    I am so pleased with the HEB store here in Abilene, Texas. The cleanliness and friendliness are outstanding. I used to go to several different stores to do my shopping but now there is no reason to do that. My HEB carries a huge variety in their inventory I can get alll of my groceries at the one place.
