I keep getting a letter telling me that you can’t contact me via email. The letter advised the method to contact you but it just doesn’t work. Judging from the messages I’ve seen here and the fact that I’m having problem’s doing a most simple task, I conclude that this is a poorly constructed website. You need to get this thing fixed or quit referring customers to use it.
Today I received my credit card bill. In reviewing the charges, I noticed a charge for $10.00. For this charge we used a $10 gift card at the pump. The invoice number is 577692. I am also concerned how that amount was charged to our account. Nowhere is my name or account number on the receipt. I ask that this charge be reversed on our account, as well as, an explanation as to how this charge landed on our bill.
WHY CAN I NOT LOGON HAVE BEEN TRYING FOE TWO DAYS ALSO I GET A BILL FOR XAMOUNT OF$ I PAY THAT AMOUNT AND ALWAYS END UP WITH A CREDIT LAST MONTH IT WAS 50 SOMETHING CENTS DEC.PAYMENT IT WAS $123.27 and I paid full amount yet they only charged me $123 WHATS GOING ON RATED 2%
