A tracking number is automatically assigned when you create your shipment. This number can be used to determine the current status of your shipment, verify delivery of your shipment, and access delivery change options. The following are several ways to track your UPS shipment's status.
- Track by Number You can enter up to 25 tracking numbers. One per line. The most common tracking number format is a combination of 18 alphanumeric characters.
- Track by UPS InfoNotice The 12-digit UPS InfoNotice number appears on the bottom of the UPS InfoNotice above the bar code.
- Track by Reference. The reference can contain up to 35 characters in any combination of letters and numbers. On UPS tracking page, provide your Shipment Type, Shipment Reference, Shipment Date Range, Shipper Account, Destination Country, and Destination ZIP/Postal Code.

Track by Email Track up to 25 small package shipments at once by sending an email to [email protected]
This feature is not available for freight shipment tracking.
- Track a Single Tracking Number. Enter your UPS tracking number in the subject line or in the body of the email.
- Track Multiple Tracking Numbers. Enter your UPS tracking numbers in the body of the email. No need to specify a subject for the email.
- Signature Tracking Obtain Proof of Delivery information with Signature Image and full name and delivery address. You need to be registered with My UPS and authenticate for Signature Tracking.
- SMS Tracking From the UPS Tracking Detail page, select Request Status Update to add SMS notifications. Enter your mobile number to track this shipment's status.
- Import Tracking Numbers Import up to 100 tracking numbers. You need to log in or register on UPS official website.
You can save up to 50 tracking numbers if you log in or register on UPS official website so that you don't have to type in tracking numbers every time.
