Can Not Find Records of My EMS China Packages

Sometimes when you enter your tracking numbers of packages into the tracking box, there is no record returning back to show clearly where your packages are. In such a condition, you need to try the following solving plans to get things done.

1. You need to make sure that you entered the accurate tracking numbers which listed on your waybills.
2. It requires some time to post the latest information. So it’s difficult to find the record if your packages are delivered recently.You can bookmark our site and try later。
3. Check whether your waybills exceed the time limit. EMS China provides tracking service within four months since the day you sent your packages.
4. For packages which have already departed China, you can check them on the official EMS sites where destination countries are listed on the Global EMS Tracking Links.
5. If you still can’t find any record after the steps above, you can register on EMS China and leave feedback to representatives. (The registration site is in Chinese.)

Components of EMS China Tracking Numbers
The 13-digit EMS China tracking numbers consist of three parts:

1. Initiating with 2 alphabets: E#, CT, LN, LX, LM, AG, or LK.
2. 9 numbers in the middle: the foregoing 8 numbers represents the sequence of this package, while the last number is calculated by a complicated formula.
3. Ending with 2 alphabets: CN or CS. Package from other logistics company shipped by EMS China will be marked as “CS” in the tracking numbers.
